Look, Ma, No Hands!

Bella has been standing by herself without holding on to anything for little periods of time. I snapped a quick picture this morning while she was showing off her balancing skills.

Sorry we haven't posted anything recently..we have the flu =[ Here is Bella playing with her new favorite part of her body. It is so funny because she only sticks her tongue out on her right side.

Packing

We have been packing like crazy for the upcoming move and having a baby this time sure makes it interesting. Bella likes to get into all of the boxes and pull everything out that we justed put in them hehe.

Happy St. Patty's Day!!

This morning I told Bella about leprechauns and how they come to pinch those who do not where green. She took this news very seriously! I put her green pants on and she decided to pick up a green wrapped tampon and use it as her leprechaun weapon. Here she is standing guard ready to ward off those little pinching fingers.

Old Footage That Made Us Melt

We stumbled upon this video on CJ's phone today and I just had to post it. Make sure your volume is turned up. This was when Bella was 11 days old and she was going through a snoring stage. So cute.

Another Fun Friday Afternoon

Here's what's been up with us the past few days...

Bella started pulling herself up onto her feet and walking around things while holding onto them ("cruising")...but I have to stay close by for the occasional tumble.

We bought Bella a little $15 dollar stroller at target recently for when we just want to take along a smaller stroller and she LOVES it. She loves kicking her feet in the breeze and just loungin'. We love her big stroller for longer walks but for short trips around the 'hood this one has been great for her.

Bella is still teething but she seems to keep her fussing at bay when we give her something to munch on.

Finally, I have just started packing for our upcoming move and Bella loves to get into everything and play in the boxes. I started this a few weeks ahead of time for that specific reason.

All is well in the Cooper household.

Photo Preview

Last night I realized that our daughter is almost 8 months old and I had yet to get her pictures taken by a professional. I decided today that I would use one of my sears portrait studio coupons and go for it. It would have been cheap if I could choose one or two poses, but I had to have them all! So I spent a little more than I had planned but they were still a lot cheaper than other places. I am very satisfied with the pictures and I know you will all be too! Bella would NOT smile but she sure looked cute. I will be sending a picture or two in the mail to all of you when I get them back but here is a little photo preview. This wasn't our favorite one, but it was still very cute. I wanted to save our favorite for a surprise in the mail.

New Swimming Suit

CJ, Bella, and I are going to be moving into a new apartment soon and this new apartment has a total of 3 swimming pools. In preparation for Bella's first swim we went out and bought Bella her very first swimming suit.

It's Hard Being a Baby

Bella spent most of today in her birthday suit because she was constantly spitting up and pooping. She had been constipated for a week and today all hell broke lose. We are happy to say Bella is feeling somewhat better and is spending the night at Grandma and Grandpa Cooper's. We are enjoying our baby break tonight because it has been a very rough week. Teething and constipation can make for one fussy baby. We hope for a happier, less painful week for Bella.

I'm sorry to say that nothing exciting is going on in little Bella's life these past few days because it has just been teething every hour of every day. Today I snapped a couple pics while she was playing. These might be the only few moments she isn't crying today so I thought that would make for a good blog post haha.

Happy March

Sorry about the lack of posts over the weekend, we have had a busy few days. Happy March! CJ, Bella, and I are happy it is getting closer to spring time and we are hoping to move soon to a bigger apartment. Here is a picture of my little spring flower haha (expect more pictures of her wearing this, because once it gets nice I am going to take a lot of pictures of her wearing it outside haha).
