Staying Cool...

...isn't easy at 100+ degrees, but definitely fun when you are Bella. Not only does she cool off in the water, but she looks cool in her shades.

Feeling HOT HOT HOT

Trying to stay cool today in 90 degree weather. This isn't even the hottest it will be this week. Wheeewww...although we are pretty darn ready for this heat to go away, we are having fun trying to keep cool.

Random Trip to the Ocean

Today we took a day trip to Ocean Shores. Although the weather was a bit chilly, it was nice to have a break from the heat! We had a lot of fun!

Introduction of The Fork

Sorry I haven't been posting...it is a little hard to do without a camera. I still snap a couple photos with the broken camera, but they never turn out. Bella had raviolli for lunch today and she even used a fork. =] She is turning into such a big girl. Eating is slowly becomming easier for miss monkey because she is now growing in her molars...yay!

Cake

I made Bella's birthday cake this year and most of you know that I am not a baker. The cake turned out decent, but it took a long time to decorate. I am glad Bella enjoyed the few bites that she took of her cake. Thanks to Laurie for her help with the cupcakes!

Bella's Birthday Bash

Bella's first birthday party was a hit! She was surrounded by people who love her and the warm sunshine. Today couldn't have been better. Thank you to all of those who helped make this party a success!

Happy Fourth!

We are enjoying the sun over at Grandma and Grandpa Cooper's today. We plan on going to Bella's first fireworks show tonight. We hope you all enjoy the holiday weekend. Sorry about not posting as much, we have been super busy enjoying the sun, chasing after a now walking monster, and getting ready for Bella's 1st birthday!
